Creamy Carrot Cake Recipe:

Ingredients;

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 large cups of grated carrots
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cups of oil
  • 1 cups of Milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of grated walnut

For The Cake Cream:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teacup sugar
  • 1-liter milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 pack of vanilla

Preparation Of Cream Carrot Cake

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until the sugars are melted and creamy. Then add the oil and milk and mix again. Add the remaining ingredients and beat for the last time until the ingredients mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

For cream; Put egg yolk, sugar, milk, flour and starch in a pot and whisk with a whisk. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Add the butter and vanilla before taking from the stove after stirring for the last time. While cooling, keep it smooth by stirring occasionally.
